Ocwen Loan Servicing Rip off, fraud, unfair collections, Boogus escrow and fraudulent billing. Orlando Florida

I have made a payment of $ 1,106.60 on 02/27/2007, so I am contesting the amount I am being accused of owing. This includes the escrow amount what ever it is today it keeps changing, I did not authorize an escrow account, this is another case of fraud.

I have been calling every phone number Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC has available to me in order to get some help with my mortgage payments due to these unusual circumstances and they all lead to India where none could help me in that regard, they could not even understand what I was saying because each department is scripted and none dealt with help on mortgage payments.

I know now that all these claims Ocwen is making about calling for help if I cannot make a payment and need help is a total lie, Ocwen has nothing set up to help anyone. The payment of $1,106.60 I made through Customer Relations Dept. In India, I have had a problem with that Dept. When I had made it perfectly clear that payment was to be a one time only withdrawal from my account, they fraudulently tried to make another withdrawal from my checking account, after the initial payment, and when I called to complain I was told the payment could not be stopped which was a total lie, considering this was 4 days before the amount was due to be taken out of my account.

I had to go to my bank and put a stop on this kind of automated payment and it has cost me fees to do so on my end. I just got a demand from Ocwen for me to pay $20.00 fee, because on the advise of my bank I had to put a stop on my account in order to stop these unauthorized and criminally fraudulent withdrawals from my account. Ocwen is demanding these fradulent amounts or they will foreclose on my house in two weeks.

I am making a demand to Ocwen Loan Servicing to pay me $19.98 for a servicing fee, $27.00 which was my cost for my bank not paying the amount requested and $35.00 for the stop on my account for a total of $81.98, payable immediately.
