OCWEN FEDERAL BANK ripoff liars victimized us ORLANDO Florida

On June 2001 I was presented with a foreclosure suit action, showing Chase Manhattan bank, as trustee, plaintiff againts me and my wife. I call Ocwen bank to find out what it was all about and I did not get any answer. When I ask the attorny company representing Chase Bank, I was told that it was because I did not pay my mtg for 3 months.

it took me almost one year proving to the Attorneys that I did not owe 3 months, I got all my checks from the bank to prove that I made all my payments. The case was dismish in court, but I end up paying for court fee and other fees that they could invent. Because of that they put me on a forebearance plan and I'm still paying my life to Ocwen bank.

All this is preventing me to get a refinance with another bank. This is the second time that have problem with Ocwen bank. The first time I was able to refinance with another bank and it was good, until a year and a half or 2 my loan was purchases by Ocwen bank for the second time.
