OCWEN Insurance Fire Have been complaining here since 2001 ripoff Palm Beach Florida

I have gotten away from OCWEN, BUT that does not help the many complaints I have submitted years ago. They have destroyed my credit, even though I was sending FULL payments Early every single month. These were certified and Notarized through a 3rd party at the bank and a relative each and every time to ensure that they would NOT accuse me of being late. They STILL DID. They also tried to foreclose on 2 occasions, for which I had to come up with over $2,000 each time to pull out of it, and I was never credited these amounts. I was harassed and abused over the phone.

I had a House fire and was told the it would be covered with the Insurance which was Force placed and added into the Mortgage payment, but when they received the damage estimate of nearly $40,000; all of a sudden they denied that I had insurance on the home at all and that they never force place insurance. This was AFTER we showed the payments and the Fire Chief verified, and I verified that I DO. I have never recovered and consequently got ill. I ended selling my home to Wells Fargo, and that was not as bad, but still haunted me and followed bad credit.
