Ocwen ripoff! They charge execessive late fees without explanation. Springfield Ohio

I was behind on my House note and was put on a program to become current. The payments were to include late fees and whatever other charges that would have occured during that time frame.

The payments took place between January-April, the April Payment made me current. In June I received a bill with $80 worth of late fees that occured during the previous months. When I called they told me some crap about December late fees not being paid. But when I made the arrangements in January I was told that I would be in the clear as of April.

They offered to waive $20 worth of the fees but the rest I should be reponsible for. The statment that was sent to me still did not explain the late fees. If the only late fee that I missed was Decembers (my regular late payments are $20)then where did the other $60 come from?
