OEMassive and their contact "Saul" sell defective merchandise. We purchased a set of rear tail lights from this company and had them installed on our car.

 

After 60 days, the tail light started to burn out. They are LRD so, the lights can't be replaced.

 

Saul instructed us to mail back the tail lights. We informed him that the car would have NO tail lights if we did that so, please send the replacements and we would send him back the defective tail lights.

 

His answer was "NO". It made no difference to him that the tail lights were defective. He wanted the parts back before shipping the replacements.

 

Does that sould like customer service to you? BUYERS BEWARE!

It's quite obvious to me that you have a work related affiliation with this company. You do not know the scenario that took place and all ill-informed about the nature of the scenario. In either case, my report stands as originaly stated. No reasonable resolution was offered by OEMassive.

Regardless, I have moved on and purchased another product from another vender. Good luck and best wishes to you.

Positive Experience with Oemassive

I had a similar case with them but OEMASSIVE did help me out, I simply approached them with a positive attitude and with respect and they took care of my concern ASAP... I'm pretty sure you approach them with a Bad attitude+demanding stuff without any respect to their policy so I believe this is why you got this treatment. Anyways OEMASSIVE takes cares of their customers!
