Purchased a set of replacement headlights for a Dodge truck.Recieve headlights well packaged in a timely manner. After 2 months, 1 headlight looked brand new. Second headlight had an accumulation of moisture in it. 3 more months go by and water moisture situation is worst. Even being left out in the elements the moisture has never dissipatec. Contacted Saul on 3 different times over a 3 week span and was given a bunch of run around. All I wanted was a replacement headlight for a defective headlight on a vehicle that my 17 year old drives. Than I wanted my money back since these people are unwilling to follow thru with any kind of customer service. I am fully aware the 60 days have past. Is this so common that it would put the company under for replacing all of the defective headlights they sell? I then got a hold of PayPal which didn't make anything any better. Advice - stay away from Saul and his imaginary bosses.

Hello, I had a similar case with them but OEMASSIVE did help me out, I simply approached them with a positive attitude and with respect and they took care of my concern really quick... I'm pretty sure you approach them with a Bad attitude+demanding stuff without any respect to their policy so I believe this is why you got this treatment. Anyways OEMASSIVE takes cares of their customers! and the owner provided me a free replacement with a paid return shipping label along to return the defective part afterwards.
