I called this guy called Paul working at Off-road Specialist Center.
As a buyer would, i engaged into asking paul some questions on a bike I was interested in buying. He sounded very offish and told me that he can't give me all the detail about the bike.
I said but if you can't give me detail on the bike, how do you expect to sell it?
He then replied "you are busy irritating me right now"
I was shocked to be treated in this way from what is supposed to be a customer orientated type of business.
How does this man expect to make sales with an attitute like that?
Had a terrible experience and would like to warn others who are thinking of doing business with this unprofessional dealership for a lack of better words.
