A guy insured by this company and represented by the awful Gallagher Basset ran a stop sign while talking on his phone and t boned me. Despite police documentation and pictures of the accident ORIC refuses to start a claim. I have been without a car now fro 3 weeks. I have no way to get to work or the doctor, no way to make money, and now that I'm being jerked around I'm developing stress and anxiety over this. If someone with this insurance hits you, get a lawyer immediately. ORIC is the biggest scam, the companies they run keep getting shut down for ripping off consumers. There are literally thousands of complaints against them. Stay away, or get your legal team ready, you are in for a fight!
