Here in North Carolina we have to get our cars inspected every year to renew the stickers. So I had a check engine light on when checking the code it came back as an 02 sensor so I ordered one and me and my husband went to change it and it was stuck so I took it in to O'Learys They said they still had to run the codes and gave me a call later to tell me they had 2 codes come up and had to change 2 sensors so I said ok so they ordered them. The next day they called me back to say one sensor that came in was wrong and had to be re ordered but that wasn't the big issue when they tried to remove one sensor it was stuck and they used a blow torch to loosen it and the entire piece with the threads and all fell out. So now the say they have to take out part of the exhaust and cut a piece out and the weld that piece with the threads back in to make my truck work again so my original cost was 547 went to 910.00 so I said ok I need my truck it is m work truck.

Well the day before thanksgiving I went to pick it up and when I went outside my friend from work that gave me a ride was waiting I started my truck I thought it was a little loud so I ask him if he could hear it he said no so I thought it was just me. Well the next day I went to my sisters house and less than halfway there I could smell something burning my husband said roll down the window it is probably just from where they welded the exhaust so we did and the smell went away and I forgot about it. Then the next morning I called O'Learys told them it was loud on the inside and my truck has never been loud and I would bring it in on Monday because they said they guaranteed their work but when I got to my work and walked behind my truck the bumper was melted. They had somehow tucked my muffler behind the bumper so now they have put on the receipt to cover the charge for the extra charges that they changed my exhaust manifold right side which of course they did not still has the old one on there and are saying I did this to my own car and are playing this off because my car is old and dinged up already it doesn't matter but it is the principle They are dishonest people and are crooked . They have video and I asked if I could see the video of my car the day before thanksgiving being taken off the lift and they will not let me they said they have snapshots that the truck was fine but if you have a video and it proves you are inocente why would you not show this to clear yourself that in itself tells me they are lying to me and covering it up.
