On Target Grants has been charging my credit card for two months now, but since I pay my payments automatically I didn't notice, until I realized my credit card had been charged over its limit!!

I went to a website and signed up for something, not sure now what, but the charge was $1.99. When I clicked to confirm the payment, my web browser popped up to say the website was insecure, so I exited the window completely. Now that I look back to my June statement, there is a $1.99 charge!

There is also a $49.95 charge for July and August. I did not buy anything, or recieve anything for my money, and I didn't even finalize the transaction. This is a scam.
