One and only Locksmith locked my self out of my house and got ripped off $300 and ran off with no receipt New Jersey

I had called this number listed and they say their name is one and only locksmith which I cannot find online. I had left my keys in the house and they sent a locksmith out I spoke to him a few times he kept saying he was coming out and I let him know my cell phone was dying and I was unable to call anyone else so please to just look for me outside of my house. Now this sees I have been sitting out in the freezing cold for 3 hours and tells me he just got pulled over and looks at my lock, ( a regular universal lock from lowes), takes 30 seconds to use a drill and break my lock and tell me it's $300, now as I go to get the money as I had no choice he takes it and tries to get more to REPLACE THE LOCK! I kept telling him no and the police who were patrolling my house because I called them first drive up and see him not leaving he turns and runs to the truck and takes off not even giving me a receipt. I now see on here this happened in dallas also which means these ppl are everywhere. I am not one who is letting this go I will report them and I know this man was pulled over in my town therefore will have him reported for this scam. This was almost half my rent money and now I dont have that and have a broken lock to show for it.
