First the charges to Diego Garcia appeared on the phone line that my husband uses for the internet. The charges were $12. Now it is my internet phone line and they are charging me $37.41 for a call to Diego Garcia.
My husbands "call" was made at 5:40 a.m (when everyone is sleeping here) and mine was supposedly made at 1:20 p.m. when everyone here was at work.
When I called the first time they tried to blame it on the kids and when that didn't work they said the "call" was made from his computer.
I haven't called about mine yet because it is Friday and they are closed. But you better believe they are going to get an earful on Monday.
I am reporting them to the state of Florida and the local newspaper as well.
