In the past 72 hours, I have been called 120 times by this company. They are telling me I owe them $33.00 and refuse to tell me what for! I told them to end the calls, and they refused.
After 120 calls, I contacted my police department and the PD of Carmel In. I am in hopes it ends now. Looking for anyone to join me in nailing these jerks to the wall! Harassment is agaisnt the law, I don't give a d**n what One Call says or what they think!

I am going to contact the police department there as well, then. If enough people call them then perhaps the police there will do something. hang in there!I know it's aggravating! I wouldn't call it terrorism but it is telephone harrassment at least...perhaps extortion? Just keep contacting people like the FCC and the attorney generals office in your state and maybe we can get them shut down.

He informed me he spoke with a Meg Miller who "Promised" him that there would be no other phone calls, and if there were, she would talk with me directly. 10 minutes after I spoke with him, there came another phone call from one call. I tried to cotnact Meg Miller at 800-276-3220 and was told by the operator "She does nott ake phone calls!"
The calls continue...I am at my wits end! I will NOT pay them one red cent! My local authories are telling me "Change your phone number"
Why should I? I nor my family have done anything wrong! I am sick of having the police and others telling me "Harrassment is not something we are overly concerned about"
I do not mean to sound crazed here..but could someone please tell me how 126 phone calls in a 72 hour period is not being terrorized???? Is it not a terroistic action, to try and bully someone into doing soemthing that is not moral or just?
Please excuse my spelling, I am jsut mad, and am typing so fast, I am not keeping up with my spelling.

Read my comments below. (urbana, ohio) I stated each agency I have contacted. Today one of the agencies must have worked,..not ONE call today. The FCC is the best bet to contact. They are itching to shut them down anyway. the cops here said they couldn't do anything. Like I said, file a complaint with the FCC. If everyone would do this and not just complain on here action will be swifter. good luck to you!
