Online Data Corp, Authorize.Net Ripped Off I paid for service but they provided nothing & no refund Westchester Illinois

I filled out an application for a merchant account, and paid the startup fees, and also my checking account was being debited.

I then also filled out a application for a gateway in which fees were paid. I attempted to call the company. I had to hunt them down by way of my Bank account, which stated a charge from Qbank, then this was hunted down to BluePay, in turn hunted to Authorized.net, in turn hunted to Online Data, an affiliate.

They have communicated with me that the Rep. was suppose to have provided software to actually use the creditcard charging service. I told them nothing was provided. After about several months of trying to comunicate with them and about 300.00 dollars in setup and monthly fees.

Online Data then sent me an email telling me that the ongoing qualification of my company was not met and that my account was canceled.

This is strange since I never sent back the signed copy of the schedule of fees which is required to charge my account to begin with. All they have is an application and they were charging my account.

They told me that I could charge a credit card, however how???

I have no terminal from them or software. What do I do now is my question to them. And what service did they actually provide without my signed copy of the schedule of fees.

All I can say is what a rippoff these guys are.
Note: also that there is only one rep. handling all this in which you can never get hold of.
