Also work in below freezing temperatures changing oil. They don't offer health insurance to there employees, sick time, personal time off. There's is also no set schedule. They wont supply the right shop tools. They will promise you the world, and wont give you no advancement, no raise. Mechanics come and go to this fly by night business. You don't want to work here. no benefits, no set schedule. The owner don't know how to run a business. If you mess up, it's coming out your check. I left because everything there is a oil change and a very controlled atmosphere.
