Ontrendspower Credit card charge product never delivered

On July 26, 2018 I was searching internet for an Evaporative Cooler called Arcitc Air which is offered by many vendors. I came across ontrendspower add which was offering the same device for a substantially lower price. I purchased two and gave my credit cards. All I received on the same day was a fake receipt and a order number with a statement that product will leave our warehouse in 3 to 5 days and I should have it at home in 3-4 weeks. No other email from them. The email sender was carlotavidalmarti@gmail.com Since then I had sent email to both carlota and support@ontrendspower.com, with no reply at all. My credit card was charged in spain, I contacted my bank, and they were going to refund the amount. My wooy is that they will use the credit card again or sell the information to third parties, so I am going to change my card. It has been over 2 months. Also they have fake web site which shows several category of products but when you click on them it doesn't open anything. Beware of these scams that somehow find their way on legitimate web sites and Ebay. If anyone has had similar experience and was able to resolve it please contact me.
