IF you have a loan with these characters, BEWARE!!!

They will often place a small $20 "late fee" on your bill. Whether it's accurate or not, they will LIE to you and tell you it's a "mistake" if you call them and that they will "take care of it."

The "late fee" will not disappear, however and it will accrue until the end of your loan. This is a common "business practice" among predatory lenders like ONYX, so again, BEWARE!

It is even more difficult to defend yourself since ONYX refuses to put ANYTHING in writing if you contact them and usually will only do so if your attorney contacts them.

I have also found several "mistakes" in their reporting to the credit bureaus. This is being handled by my attorney, but I seriously doubt I'll ever see the extra moeny ONYX was able to EXTORT from me.

I also DARE them to "rebut" this report. They know that anythnig they say will be used against them.

The california state attorney general is also very interested in this little "practice" of theirs, so we'll see what happens.

In the meantime, STAY AWAY from these predatory liars!
