So I booked a flight on Orbitz.com cause the price is good. Well 2 weeks before flying I needed to cancel cause of change in plans. Orbitz doesn't want to refund me. Says is policy to hold money as a credit towards Air Trans. WTF!!!! After arguing with the Supervisor Jennifer claims it is what it is. Can you believe it. I would never book thru ORbitz.com EVER EVER EVER Again. Everybody STAY AWAY! You've been warned.
