I am writing this complaint to warn others about Orlando Voorn. I am a techno producer in the UK. He contacted me in 2014 after a mutual friend suggested me to him for new material. Orlando Voorn posted on his Facebook pages, asking for new producers.

He promised to help put unknown producers on the map. He promised a remix and vinyly release on one of his new labels. All we had to do was pay him 500Euro into his Paypal account which paid for his remix and also paid for part of the vinyl pressing which he promised would be released by the end of 2014. It is now 2017.

He has refused to refund our money and has many excuses as to why he has let us down. These excuses are given while he still posts on Facebook asking for new artists and even posted an upcoming release schedule  of new artists - on the same label he promised releases for myself and many others back in 2014. He is a liar and a very cunning conman.

Please do not trust him or believe anything he says. He is running a clever scam, asking people with no experience to pay him money and in return for remixes, releases and his help. Once the money is paid, he will stop talking to you and give you many excuses as to why he has not delivered yet.

Meanwhile, he hides behind his wealth of support from the techno community and the voices of those he has stolen from, are brushed aside and hidden under the noise of his reputation as a long time pioneer of techno music. He is using this respect to con people into entering into agreements with him.

I have persnally spoken to over 20 people that he has conned and we estimate that just between us, he has received over 10,000EURO and has failed to return the money or deliver the finished product. Please take this warning seriously.
