Believe me Pal-- I tried working with them -- for six months! I have made at least 10 phone calls, each time a sweet young clerk who was apologetic and would promise a refund or parts on order, or a supplier in China ( insert  your own excuse here!). They at least on 3 occasions promised to refund my money. It never showed. I paid with Paypal and had no remedy because these gypsies had me believing they were honest for so long. Victor Binkerd lives in a tudor style castle ( no exaggeration) and drives a Porsche ( well he wrecked it). So this SOB can't refund $69 for parts this cretin NEVER SHIPPED! You want to defend him-- GO Ahead. I supposed  Bernie Madoff was just having a bad year too!  Dishonest and disreputable business can NEVER be defended PERIOD! Victor Binkerd is an online predator that cheats lots of people with small sums of money and gets away with it. What a vile and dishonest person.  If hes such a great guy-- refund my money ( no interest required) and I'll retract all this. Otherwise Victor Binkerd-- rot in Hell!

I am in no way related to anyone at ODD, I simply have not had any problems with them . If I were the person who filed the above complaint I would not depend on a government agency to solve my problem. As I noted in my rebuttal "many companies went through some tough times, but the honest guys weathered the storm. ODD is in fact still in business. I have ordered parts and gotten them as promised.
If I were you I would try resolving it with ODD. You stand a better chance with them than with some politician which isn't concerned with your money unless they can tax it. They, and I do mean "They" as in all of them are to busy worrying about reelection, good Luck!!  

Not sure which of one Victor's brother Daryl was able to get to the library to post this response. But these  cheats have never returned my money. Been waiting for over a year for the Alabama Attorney General'sOffice -- No response from them yet either. Waste your money if you must-- there's a sucker born every minute -- don't be the next one!!!

I have been dealing with ODD since they first went into the internet parts supply. I personally have never been through any of the problems expressed by the complainants listed here.
I do know that ODD during the housing bust went through a credit crunch as did many suppliers and tried to handle all of the customers as best as they could. However anyone who owns a business and its heart beat depends on the daily motivation by its leader. knows that in a crunch you expect all of your players to be on their A Game but that is simply not the case. The end result is a few customers fall through the cracks.
ODD is back on her feet and I love the convenience of being able to get my stuff when I need it. And don't think I am the only customer that feels this way.
