Victor Binkerd - Outdoor Distributors Outdoor Distributors is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with ---beware Shelby Alabama

I placed an order with Outdoor Distributors and was assured that I would recieve my required parts within 7-10 working days, After 7 days, I called the company numerous times and everytime I was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes each time. When I called back I told them I did not want to be put on hold and asked to talk to a manager, At that time I was told I was talking to a manager. I asked to speak to her boss, she stated no one else was there and the longer I argued with her, the longer it would take to reslove my problem and then she placed me on hold. Very poor customer relations skills. After about another 5 minutes, she came back on line and stated the order had not shipped and she had to get with her warehouse supervisor and see what was going on and she would call me with a status.......two days passed and i havent heard anything from them. I called back a few days later and after being placed on hold for several minutes, a man named Steve and stated nothing had been shipped due to a part they were waiting on from the manufacuter. I told him that needed the parts they had on hand so I could get my lawn mower working. He stated he would do a partial ship that day (thursday) and they would charge extra for the shipping. I asked why hadnt they sent me an email or something to let me know the order was taking longer than expected. He had no answer. He assured me it would be shipped that day. That was the thursday before Memorial Day, I called back Tuesday (5 days after Steve's assurance the part would be shipped thursday) to be told by Wanda that I had just called this morning and there was no way "they could snap thier fingers and have it shipped out". I found her atitude very rude and un caring about the ones that pays her paycheck. She basiclly told me that if I didnt like the service I was getting, they were going to cancel my order and "I could find another parts supllier." GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! If this company is allways ran like this, I hope they go out of business very quickly. I will let everyone I know that works on lawn mowers or is in the business not to do business with company.
