Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids Very poor workmanship on the installation of overhead door operator Cedar Rapids, Iowa

I purchased a garage door operator and for professionally installation of the operator.

I received the door operator but lacking professional installation. The mounting hardware was made up of spliced materials. The mount spacing was made up of pressed board that was shabby and misaligned. The control wire was routed and stapled as if done by a toddler. Red cord from operator was left free hanging and could get closed in the walk door. A clean shop was left in mess.

Training of installers is badly needed.

The workmanship makes me suspect of the quality of the hardware and the level of service I can expect in the future.
