This is the worst service experience I have ever had. I had an 8am appointment and they never called, kept me waiting until 7pm to tell me they would not make it out that day, despite having called in over a dozen times to their dispatch and management. I would be on hold for over 25 minutes and have my call disconnected. I even resorted to calling in with three different phones. I was even escalated to David Simmons, the Regional Manager at 1-800-840-8166 and he offered no resolution or explanation. I would recommend against using them unless your time has no value whatsoever.
