P. Sterling Kerr, P.C. Sterling Kerr Law Offices Poor Business Practices, No Follow Through and Didn't Follow Agreement Henderson Nevada

I am extremely dissapointed with P. Sterling Kerr and his law firms practices on following through on my case and agreements we signed.  He initially seemed nice and knowledgable before retaining him as an attorney and always returned phone calls and even called me a couple times with follow up emails.  So I though he would be one who would work the case and do everything in his power to push the case through.  After a couple years he won't return phone calls or email and now wants more money to finish the case when that was not in our contracted agreement.  Very poor business practices, follow through, and customer service.  Sterling will contact you when he wants our money but after that in my experience if it's  not an easy case he won't do the work and now feels its not worth the time.  He either wants more money or lets the case go and completely disreguared the contract we agreed to.
