February 17, 2012, was sent a box to Colombia but two weeks after was told that the box was stopped at customs in Bogota, Colombia. And we had to deposit $62.00 dollars at Chase Bank on behalf of: TRYM CONSULTING.
From February 17 until March 14.2012. that the box arrived at their destination with a sender CARLOS BRAND submitted in Miami by other company and realizing that they STOLE part of the goods plus the $62.00 dollars. that they made us deposit at Chase Bank.
Box was never detained at customs in Bogota, Colombia. This information was confirmed with the supervisor from BOX EXPRESS what Mr. Carlos Brand from PACAREX had done.
