Ok. It seems a lot of people are clueless as to why they are signed up for this service. As for me, I actually signed up for the service on my own. There is a website called www.360elite4free.com. This is one of those websites where if you sign up for enough promotional offers or gain enough referrals, they will send you a free Xbox 360. I thought it sounded to good to be true (I know, I know) and signed up. The first & only offer I completed was a Google Home Business Toolkit (Google SEO). The toolkit contained a 14 day trial membership to www.twproductclub.com and www.visualwebtools.com. I initially paid $4.95 for the trial offer (all that was needed to fulfill my obligation for the Xbox 360) and had every intention of cancelling the service before the trial ended (It then goes to $59.90/m).

Well guess what? I can not cancel the service because no one will answer the d**n phone. The 800 number they supply in their confirmation email (800-497-4988) is constantly busy (all day and all night - even on the weekends!). I then started calling the number that appeared on my bank statement (801-578-9020) and even though this one does ring, I can not get anyone to answer. I guess they just let you sign up and then make it impossible for you to cancel. I didn't even think to look up their name until today and saw this site.

I have a feeling that people are getting their CC info stolen on the web and used to get an Xbox 360 or or some of the other products that this company offers (www.trainn.org). I find it strange that other people have been able to get in touch with someone at this company. Hopefully, the SLC PD or the FBI has already shut them down.
