Palisades Financial Services Tried to make me pay for the Loan before I even got the money Pacific Palisades, California

I went to their website and was contacted by an individual that said he could give me the loan but I had to secure the loan with one of three methods.  First I could give them the title to a 2009 or newer vehicle that was paid for.  I could go get a bond for $1200.  Or, I could pay them $875 to secure the loan.  The vast difference in the amounts of security started me to wondering.  The man seemed very knowledgeable about the loan process and his investors.  But, when I searched the addess I came up with a real estate office that was next door.  I could not get anyone to answer the phone so I waited until he called me back.  When he did, he told me I had to send the money via Western Union.  Alarm bells went off in my head.  I told him I would not send it through Western Union or any wire transfer.  I informed him I would only send it through FedEx or UPS where a person had to sign for it on the other side at the address.  He said he would get back to me.  3 days later he called and demanded I send it Western Union, again. I stated the same as before and he said his boss would call me.  I waited a few more days a woman called and said she was the boss.  These people are good actors I mean they talked bad about each other and really got into their roles.  She stated that the investor was in Canada and needed the wire transfer before he could make the loan.  I told her the same as I told the loan officer and she said she would get back to me.  The next day she called and said she had the name and address to send it to.  It was some lady in Florida.  When I asked her if the investor is in Canada why do I need to send it Florida she got mad and hung up on me.  She has called me a couple of times since trying to get me to send the money.  But, she hasn't called since the last time when she asked me what I wanted her to do with the loan and I instructed her to do something physically impossible with it.
