The only reason people buy them for their familie's is so they can make their quota, and why do they do that???? Because they're not good enough salespeople and aren't making their quota. Well, I worked for crew Gemini (070) and I have to tell you that we were not trained to say that we were high school kids in a contest, we said we were kids in a contest, we go up to the doors with enthusiasm, that's how a salesman works if you aren't a complete moron. about a month and a half ago i saw an ad in the paper for this company stating that it was a fun job, good pay and traveling..... well in question i called the agency where i was then directed to mr. Sean Impara where then he hired me on the spot i was picked up the next day... Mr.Impara himself picked me up at my residence and took me to Newcarrollton, Md. i was payed 25$ that night the next day i was woken up at 7am and was told to shower..At 8am i was taken to a morning meeting where we did some un-nessasary yelling and when you yawn or are late to the meeting you are made to run laps around the hotel.When the meeting is over we loaded up in the vans and went to our destination to sell magazines. I saw alot over reciepts ripped up but only when the orders were cash orders...But anyway we had 5 drops a day where we would be out for an hr and a half the we were picked up and taken to the next drop...We were to return to the hotel by 9pm every night 6 days a week..at the end of the night befor heading back to the hotel the car handler would sometimes go thru the ghetto parts of neighborhoods searching for marijuana and smoke it on the way home...Some of the car handlers werent even liscensed drivers and alot of the employees had warrants out for their arrest..well i kept this job for about a month and never got more then a 25$ draw which is our nightly pay except on the weekends we might get at the most 50$....Well any i got so frustrated that i went a few days with only making a few sales...Oct 31,2003 holloween night we were back at the hotel and i was getting ready to go to bed when to of the employees came in my hotel room and jumped me,breaking my nose and stomping and punching me repeaditly...I faught back and they left the room so i called the police and the boys were arrested..I was taken by ambulance to the Virginia Beach main hospital where then i had a cat scan done and a bunch of x-rays...so anyway when i was released the next morning i called Mr.Impara when i was told to find my own ride back to the hotel and he would take me to the bus station...so i found a ride he took me to the bus station and bought me a ticket back home...The point im making is this company should be shut down because there is nothing honest about this company at all...Now im stuck with Hospital exspenses of over 2,000$ and dont have any way to pay them....I am due to go to court for this incident on january 5,2004 but im sure the defendants wont show up...but this is my reflection on the company so feel free to respond below.....
