PANCardNRI.com Poor Service and nonresponsive to inquiries Internet
*Author of original report: They did get the PAN card for me
Shady business practices. Very responsive to inquiries. Promptly sent me materials after I paid the $49 handling fee. Once the fee was paid I could not get them to respond to whether they had received my application or processed it. Did not hear from them when I told them that I would dispute the Paypal charge. No apologies or follow up which leads me to believe that they are a scam.
Please be aware. Do not use.

After waiting 2 months for a reply, they did get the PAN card to me. Apparently there were some issues going on. While my complaint was legitimate, the matter has been resolved after a long wait.
