Paradigm Acceptance Company Divorced and Desperate for a Computer -- Paradigm too good to be true -- Give me my money back!! Hampton Virginia

Desperate after a divorce for a computer I looked into financing one through ---.. They didn't accept me, however Paradigm Acceptance did. I was excited to get a new computer because I was taking online courses and desperately needed one.

I listened to the double talk of the lady on the other end who told me they would debit my account 103.00 and then 34.00 per week for 10 weeks until it the 10 weeks were paid -- they would then ship my computer.

They sent me paperwork, I filled it out. However, I didn't fill out the account information on the form -- they sent that back to me to fill in. I never filled it in, I never sent it back and never got copies back of what I signed -- they continued to take my money out of my account -- I authorized one debit.

My financial bind continued and I no longer could afford the debits so I called eager to get my money back -- they said I signed the papers and there was a no refund policy. my money would be held in their bank account until I decided I wanted to take my order off hold.

They are supposedly sending copies of the papers I signed to me -- We will see what happens.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- I feel like a fool -- I work for a prosecutor and see stuff like this everyday, but due to my desperate situation and my financial standing I let myself be taken advantage of -- Do your homework, don't let these people screw anyone else over. I want their heads on a platter and my money!!!

I sincerely hope that crooked lawyer mumbo jumbo within their contract doesn't prevent me or anyone else from receiving their money back. --- should be truly ashamed for being associated with this company -- it is cruel and unusual punishment for people who are financially strapped!!
