This Real Estate Broker thinks FLORIDA has given him a license to Steal and Cheat from innocent victims. Community businesses such as, computer companies, numerous local newspaper and magazine advertisers, construction/remodel businesses, printing business, virtual tour company, even the cleaning lady got ripped off.
Buyers and sellers are scammed with high pressure tactics and threats (a realtor and a seller committed suicide while under this Broker's abusive watch! Novice realtors learn the hard way when LITTLE commissions are paid because of ridiculous and trumpted up charges or worse, NO commissions are paid because of ridculous and trumpted up charges. This Broker pockets his comissions and yours too!! He is the ultimate CON MAN who will sweet talk you, find your weakness and then screw you anyway he can. He has defrauded investors from their money while making promises he had no intention of keeping. And he has a habit of blaming his victims, look into his recent history(Google Search)and newspaper and legal troubles in state of Penn. and Georgia. This is a sick man...
