Paragon Financial Solutions Dennis McCannald. John Richardson They took my money and disappeared Scottsdale, Arizona

Last July we received a promotion about principle reduction for our home mortgage with Paragon Financilal solutions.  Rather than selling short, Banks would reduce the principle of the mortgage and everybody would win.  Congress had appropriated billions of dollars to do this.  We paid six thousand dollars, which we could get four thousand back any time we wanted to back out and they would do the negociating.  They did say it would take about six months.  I got them all the information they said they needed. 

I called after a few months and was told that the banks were sitting on the money and not doing anything yet.  At six months I found my advisor/agent, Mr. Richardson, was no longer with them.  His phone rang and I got his message but it went on for a few days so I went to their office.  It was much quiter than it was but I was able to talk to Dennis McDannald.  He said the banks were just sitting on the money but if it were him he would stay with the program.  I called again this week and "all circuits are busy".  I went by their office and it is locked and appears to be empty with no name on the door.  Where do I go from here?
