I was working with Stephanie and she had responded to my question of wether or not they allow their agents to become licensed in series 6. Because of this she told me that I cannot work with them and would refuse to give me a reason why. This rips me off because I was going to be recieving money from paramount which I no longer am because I asked an innocent question. I informed her on multiple attempts that I would walk away ripped off with no problem if she just was kind and amicable in the going of separate ways but instead she tainted me and acted as if rip off report does t not matter and it won't affect her in the slightest bit. I kept trying to let her know that it may and i would be glad not to report her if she just is nice in the separation. Instead she said she could care less about the rip of report and insisted I put it up. I again tried to cumicate that I won't be able to remove it and it won't be necessary to express the rip off if she just was nice about the rip off. Instead she insisted and reflected her lack of care on preserving the companies reputation. I really wish I didn't have to buy she basically demanded being reported.

 You need to either law off the alcohol/drugs or return to school. Your use of the English language is terrible. That alone would be justification to not hire you for the position you were seeking.

 Bottom line if the company (Stephanie Havstad) Respresting the company was kind and not mean, there would be no issue. Stephanie was rude and mean and now I will address this companies lies. I came in and asked if I could see the operation because Stephanie originally without notice flaked on our appointment. When I was in the area I dropped by and asked to see the operation which instead I bumped into an aquantance i had that worked their.

Trying that into a police report is technically illegal because that would be a false police report Makes would wonder if they falsify other forms or paper work: hint hint Well anyways other than rudeness/ unkindness: and falsified documentation This company is licensed to practice insurance. Oh and calling in to give them a chance to avoid this report was I guess unessecary because the chose to continue to be rude/ mean and motivate the report.

Also manipulating that into a police report is a further reflection of their ways of doing business. I would never work with a company that operates dishonestly like paramount especially when they have employees like Stephanie Havstad and are completely unaware of how rudeness/unkindness/ and dishonestly affects their business.

Although our Company would typically not respond to such nonsense, we felt it imperative to do so in this situation due to the outrageous and slandersous lies being told by Ben Galynsky. Ben had applied to several position with our Company, Paramount Exclusive Insurance Services. Ben was contacted by our Human Resources Manager, Stephanie Havstad, on December 13, 2017 for a phone interview to take place on December 14, 2017. After the phone interview was confirmed on the 13th, Ben showed up to our Corporate Office, and demanded a tour of our facilities. We politely declined; due to the sensitive nature of the information we work with, only current employees and authorized vendors are permitted in our offices. After the phone interview on the 14th, Ben called our offices daily asking non-pertinent questions of our Receptionist, including licensing and Series 6 requirements, none of which pertain to our industry. As our receiptions did not know the answers to his questions, she always took messages for him. 

On Decemeber 21, 2017 Ben was sent a turn down email for the position he phone interviewed for, thanking him for his time and wishing him luck in the future. This email unfortauntely opened the flood gates. After receiving the email, Ben then persisted in calling our offices no less than a dozen times. He harassed our receptionist and was verbally abusive to herself and our HR Manager, Stephanie. He threatened both with reporting them to state agencies, and with filing this rip off report. He also sent our HR Manager a threatening email, a copy of which is included below. His behavoir was so alarming, and given the fact that he already showed up to our offices unannounced and uninvited, our Company was left with no choice but to file a police report with LAPD.

We'd like to retiterate that at no time was Ben Galynsky promised employment or payment from our Company; therefore there is no way our Company could have ripped him off as he is claiming. He is unfortunately a disgruntled applicant who is acting in a less than professional manner, and this should serve as a warning to anyone wishing to do business with him, or offer employment to him. A copy of the threatening email he sent to our offices on December 21st is copied below.

I called in yesterday and asked 

1. Do you have any idea where the new location will be?

2. If you allow your licensed agents to get a series 6?

I was told I would receive an email by Christina with an answer 

To those questions.

Instead I receive this email.

Which leads me to believe that if I didn't inquire  on the above 2 questions I would not have received the below email.

I do not feel that is fair. 

And I would like an explanation as to why,

I believe these are unfair practices and I

Will be filing a rip off report on your company over this.

This unfair practice has led me to face my time waisted 

Which is a rip off.

I asked you 

Do you want to be on the rip off report or not 

And you chose to be put on

I will call back again giving you another chance and ask you one more time if you want to be on or off. Choose you answer wisely because the next move I make will either hinder or not hinder your company.
