Park Regency realty said they would help me out of my house, well they did . I was making my payments and they said they could reduce my payment. They said to stop paying my house payment so I could short sell it. Now I all I got was foreclosed on and they bought the house from the lender. They said they would sell it back to me but they did not they sold to one of their relatives and trashed my credit. This was while I was away on vacation. In addition they stole my furniture becaus I was out of the country on business and they said everything was fine. When I got back the locks were changed and all of my belongings were gone. I have contacted my attornies but they said it will take a long time in court. I contacted the California attorney general and they said this is just one of many complaints against them . The BBB said the same. I shopuld have never believed them and kept making the payments. Advice they are liers and cowards and scammers.
