park side mobile home james olchefski ripoff scammer ft fofge Iowa

back in feb of this year i had purchased a mobile home on contract from parkside mobile home owned by james olchefski of wisconsin.  i was told that when i had the mobile home paid off i would recieve the title.  i paid the mobile home off in sepptember. i never got the title to my mobile home all i got was an eviction.  according the the webster co treasury office in ft dodge james ochefski is not the owner of this mobile home.  this man sold me a mobile home owned by another person and this mobile home also has close 1000 dollar in back taxes.  

most of these trailers out her are dumps.  these so called owners charge and extremly high amount for these homes that most of them need alot of work just to be livible.  once you get them so what livible you are evicted and this alful scam starts all over again.  this man rips off another unsuspecting person who is just tryhing to find a place to afford and to call home.  if it isnt bad enuff that i was evicted from my hoime, the so called park managers april mroek and codyanderson are refusing to let me get any of my personal items out of the mobile home. he last text message that i had recieved from april was telling me to enjoy buying new furniture.  this park should be shut down so nobody else is scammed like myself and many others
