Parking Authority Towing Towed my car Colorado

I was parked at my apt complex was parked in a random spot unloading groceries took a shower went to leave and my car was gone. There was one sign in the far corner of the parking lot with arrows designating where not to park. And I wasn’t parked in those spots. I was not there more than 45 mins there was several spots open on either side none are reserved. I was not notified about the car could be towed. I go to get my car and it’s 257.00 I had 205.00 they wouldn’t take it and after 5 it goes up to 350.00 so I ask them if I can get the rest of my food and contents out of the car and they want to charge me 160.00 to get my stuff out of my car that they stole from me. The lady that works there was no help very rude had an attitude before I got there. Since then I have seen the tow company trolling the parking lot at my complex sometimes 2at a time. This towing is nothing but a bunch of thieves and scam artists.
