I received the same voicemail from Henry at Parkwood Lending. I called a day later. I was so happy. When I got his fax ( and yes, the first page was blank too), I noticed they had my wrong zip code and city. He said that's the info. I put in but it had the city of where I worked, the zip of my old address 2 years ago, and my current address. So, I thought I'd put it all in the computer. It led me to the web site. Henry has been busy this month. Thank you all for posting your info. You saved me $2200.00. By the way, if you put Parkwood Lending in Google, you get nothing. But if you put his web site you'll get his. The BBB has no record of him. Beware... I need to get bills paid too from my divorce but I don't need this!

thank you--you saved me

Thanks so much. You saved me a lot of heartache. I hate it is at your expense, but nonetheless I'm grateful. I was trying to get a loan through them, the thing that concerned was, they didn't to my knowledge verify anything with my employer. Yet they where willing to give me a loan! Red flag number 1. Red flag #2, I called the company and requested customer service and when I asked about the website he advised not to put the address in the search engine because it won't come UP! Of course it came up, with the bad along with it. Red flag # 3, when I tried to get information on how this transaction would take place, like what bank they would use to transfer the money, they wouldn't release that, come come now this is business, I have a right to that information. Red flag #4, the young man refused to give me his email address! Red flag # 5 the site that directed me to them had a typo! Desperation is the mother of all evils! When you have bad credit sometimes you just have to wait it out until it improves. These people appear to prey on people at a disadvantage and prey on their hopes. How sad. I wish you the best in getting your money back. Fight, you worked hard for that money and you deserve it back. Forget the shame. If they where so great they wouldn't have to advertise, people would come to them, think about that, they do loans to people with bad credit without credit checks!
