Parsa and James Parsa & Associates were added and they carried this one into oblivion as well and by January 13, 2006, Dastmalchi's attorney petitioned the Court to be removed from the case and the Court granted it. It looks like Parsa stepped in and became Dastmalchi's attorney, because Parsa is shown as both a Defendant and an Attorney for Defendant. Whatever.
