Read this report first before calling partybususa.com in Tampa, Clearwater Florida. This is a SCAM business, they claim to be a party bus in and around Tampa. The inside story on this business, I was an employee for them. I witnessed all the scams the owner, J. Allen Miller, or the name he goes by is Allen did to the public. Tells you one price, then changes it when they arrive to pick up your party. Since everyone will be there waiting, you will have no choice but to pay so everyone is not sitting by the curb.
If you book them, the bus you will be riding in is VERY unsafe! YES, UNSAFE! He will claim he has a fleet of Limos, and Buses. That is a HUGH lie. There are only 2 buses. There is NO fleet, if you meet him at the office, it's a street filled with junk cars and trucks everywhere. One is always broken down. They steal parts from the broken down bus to try and keep the other bus going.
The buses are old and outdated. They are NOT safe to ride in. I saw first hand how a guy in the garage area would come in a piece the bus engine back together. I found out later this person was not even a certified mechanic to work on the bus.
When you make a call to this company, you will always get a answering machine, the machine states they are very busy helping other clients, when in fact they are screening all the calls coming in.
Allen the owner is and has been involved in many legal battles in Pinellas County, this guy and this business is bad news. If you book a party bus with him, he will always ask you for cash. He is the driver, and the owner, so don't be fooled. That cash goes right into his pocket. This guy is a can, he will scam you!
The buses are nasty, tore up, never fixed correct, just pieced back together, old and worn out. Bumpers on the bus is about ready to fall off. Nothing in them has been updated or cleaned in years. If you book this bus, you better come out and walk around the bus and look at all the damage to it. He has many safety violations against his company in the past.
Be safe and NEVER book a party bus with partybususa.com There are several other companies in Tampa that have better equipment then this company. Allen Miller runs this like a redneck company. Nothing is professional with Allen or partybususa.com

The only true statement in this report is my name. This person known as Janet Glenn or Glenn Janet has NEVER been associated with my company. However, at one time, I did have a female driver who was a subcontract driver with initials S.L. and I am sure this is her. If you go to Citysearch.com at http://tampabay.citysearch.com/profile/2705516/clearwater_fl/party_bus_usa.html and check my listing, you can see a complaint about that particular female driver, which is part of the reason she is no longer a driver. http://www.partybususa.com/ is not a SCAM. In fact, I am the innovator of the "no deposit or payment up front and no credit card on file" policy. Making a deposit or putting money down puts you, the consumer, at risk of losing your money if your bus never shows up on the day of your event or it is not the bus described. There is no change in price once the contract is issued. I have hundreds of repeat customers who book with me quite often. I hardly think that I would have repeat customers if my busses were, as this fake person says, nasty, old, and unsafe. See for yourself at http://www.partybususa.com/tampa.html. As far as the busses being unsafe, this is completely untrue. I, along with a team, build the busses and can testify to their safety. We constantly upgrade our busses to fit customer needs. I have not had one accident related claim in 22 years and have NO violation against this company. We always answer our phones and IF you get a recording we call you back before the day is out. After all, a company cannot stay in business if it does not answer its phone and we have been in business for over 22 years, same name, same number, same owner.
