Passport now comes up as a legitimate passport service in google.  After my husband entered the required bank card info he became suspecious and exited out of the program without completing application.  The next day we saw where they had taken $120 from our bank account.  When we called the 1-800 number talked to David who says his ID is 000102 who told us to complete the application and take it to a certified agent who would verify documents and give them back in a sealed envelope, and then contact him on where to send it. We printed the list of agents from the confirmation email and went to 2 of them where we were told that we didnt qualify for "hand carry" because we weren't traveling in less than 2 weeks.  When I called David  he accused the post office and liabrary of ripping us off to meet their quota.  I asked to talk to his supervisor and was told  his supervisor was equivelant of the CEO of Sony and would I expect to talk to him.  I said I would if he stole $120 from me.  Needless to say after I told him the passport application had been changed yesterday and that we had to fill out a new one so he had provided NO service to us, he still refused to refund the money statin we had been scammed by the post office and Liabrary and that his company was legit and they were filing a fraud claim against the person who contacted him from the Liabrary.
