Patagonia Doral Patagonia Home Made Products Doral Stale Bland Desserts Coupled With Rude Managment Doral, Florida

I am not one to complain at a restaurant when service or food is bad, I just usually deal with it. But this time it was to the extreme. As a regular customer at Patagonia in Doral, FL I would frequently visit this restaurant for lunch since my office is in the Doral area. I decided to take my family there for a dessert and for myself to have a steak. The two desserts we ordered tasted like they had been sitting in the back of a refrigerator for a very long time...not very good at all to say the least. They were definitely not fresh and had no flavor. I confronted the manager "owner" of Patagonia Doral to let him know that the desserts were very bad and his response was very defensive and rude. Instead of being apologetic he was basically the opposite. Simply put it his reply was "I don't care if you come here all the time, I'm not going to change it!"

Okay, so I put it behind me that I just paid $7 for two desserts that tasted so bad that they went no where but the trash can and I sat down and waited for my steak. When my "medium-well" steak came to the table, it was so rare it could have been mooing. I confronted a lady that worked at Patagonia Doral who was apologetic, but upon asking for the manager "owner" who was so rude and unprofessional to me before, he was of course no where to be seen. I just left, feeling like I'd been RIPPED OFF. I GUESS YOU COULD SAY I PAID $22 FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER because that's all I got. But it is not about the $22, it's about customer relations, which definitely lacks here.

So LOYAL CUSTOMERS OF PATAGONIA DORAL FL JUST BEWARE. One time you might receive bad food or service b/c it happens everywhere sometime, just be ready for the white haired owner of Patagonia Doral's nasty attitude and NO CONSOLATION. Repeat customers apparently mean nothing to PATAGONIA DORAL.
