I had a poor dealing with this woman, so I did some research on her "business", and found some tell-tale signs for her. Hopefully this helps potential victims.

Red Flags for her ads:

1. Does not put her name in the ads. Many times it will not have a name at all except maybe a ranch name or an initial, like "T", or something vague, like "Trainer".
2. Many times she will not put her phone number in an ad, but prefers that you email her. We believe this is so she can weed out the people who are on to her.
2. All of her horses are "kid-safe". I have never seen an ad with a personality rating of more than "1".
3. Many times asks buyer to sign a buyback agreement, but that never arrives with the horse.
4. Offers guarantees that seem almost too good to be true!!
5. Different cities/locations for her ads.
6. Most horses are seen saddled, but not ridden. If they are ridden, it is usually a profile shot, but you cannot see the riders face.
7. Prefers to deliver horse to you instead of you coming to her place. May tell you that she is showing and too busy to make time for you.
8. Mostly prefers money to be wired before horse is shipped. Checks usually will not work for her.
9. 903 area code or in that area.
10. Can be very charming on the phone!!
11. Many of the advertised horses have supposedly been hauled and ridden extensively. Can find no "fault" with any of the horses. They appear to be perfect, especially for beginners. That is a real danger!!!
12. Even though she is a dealer, she will not lump her ads together as most businesses do. After horse is sold, the ad is immediately pulled. No congratulations to new owners, etc.

Hopefully this helps anyone looking for the warning signs! Good luck and God Bless!!

All the things you posted are !00% true. . I would call this a professional scam artist . She will have justice done to her. It will catch up on her. She has gotten by it for a while but I think things are fixing to prevail. I do think people like her have some kind of mental problem, and in her mind thinks she has not done no one wrong.
