pats small engine plus Shipped totally incorrect part then refused to return my payment Isanti Minnesota

On 1 August 2017 a Kohler engine short block, which cost $863,  was ordered from this dealer. The block that came was unuseable . The unuseable part was returned at my expense.[$80]  During an initial phone conversation an employee stated "we normally don't take returns". Nevertheless  eventually they reluctantly  issued a return authorization and stated that a charge of 25% would be deducted before any money was reimbursed.

A request to exchange the unuseable block for the correct part was rudely refused.In fact, during all phone conversations with this company they were rude and offensive.

So,$222 was deducted solely due to a mistake made by the dealer. $641 was returned. Total cost to me $222 restocking fee plus $80 return shipping.[$302 ripoff for which I got nothing] My wife said that if all the negative reviews [several] about this business had been checked I should have never ordered from them to begin with!!
