Patton Pottery, Aka Patton Companies Paid for pottery at Crafts Show and they have never sent it. Purchased in Nov.05. Calls and e-mails go mostly unanswered. Two calls promised prompt shipment, never happened. Total rip off, they lie and do nothing. Costa Mesa, California

I purchased and paid for pottery at a high end Arts Show in Scottsdale, AZ on November 5, 2005 from Patton Pottery, Costa, Mesa, CA. We were asked to pick out the items from the floor so they could be sent immediately. We were promised delivery no later than November 14th. I called the number from their pamphlet on November 21st, left voice mail.

No reply, left several calls and emails during the next two weeks. Finally got a phone call abrupt and brief from John who told me that my order would go out no later than November 30th. I had purchased the items for birthdays in early December.

On December 5th I called in a panic stating that the shipment hadn't been received. I have emailed and sent phone messages but have had only one reply via email - it said a check for $65.00 has been mailed. Well it is January 5th and I still don't have a check and it's three weeks since that email.

I have contacted the people who put on the Arts & Crafts Show and they were surprised as they use this company often. They called Patton Pottery for me on December 12 and that's when I received the email saying they were sending a check. I assumed that this was an isolated incident and they would really send me a check - they didn't.

Patton Pottery will do and say anything but will not send out my product or return my money. I was shocked that when I received an email stating that they were sending out the check that there was no apology, no customer service at all.

I am a disabled lady with very limited income and this money is very important to me and this is an outrage!

I wouldn't use this company, recommend them or go to their booth because I know that they are running a fraudulent game at their shows. I don't want anyone else to get caught like I did. Their product looks great, their pamphlet is good, they have a website that looks like they are doing a great business and look very legit but they are not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
