I purchased three trees. which he verbally guaranteed for one year. I discover the trees had a plague the very next day. I called him and raised the issue. He said he would be back to replace them. He kept promising this at least three more times and never showed. Eventually he stopped returning my calls.

This is a very dishonest person. Stay away from him!
