Paul Charles 212 Germander Ave Paul Charles Owner of Property will not pay you security deposit back. Summerville South Carolina

We rented a house for 1 year at 212 Germander Ave. Summerville SC in the White Gables. When we left we paid to have the house professional cleaned so we would get our security deposit back. We never got anything back..

The previous renters before us moved within the White Gables (Donna is her name).. and she as well did not get her security deposit back...after they paid twice to have it professional cleaned.. No matter what u do this guy...wait..... His wife will not pay you back anything... We have told all of our people on our street and they will let the new renters know that Paul Charles will not pay back your security deposit. The house went from 1700 of a rental to 2000 in 2 years.. The house has no upgrades and it’s not worth 2000 per month..

We left 300 dollars’ worth of LED light a new gas grill and a blower for the gas fire place and a washer and dryer hoping. ......... as we could not fit it in the moving truck.. and he still didnt give us anything back... THE HOUSE IS NOT WORTH 2000 a month and he will not fix anything we had many issues and it was like pulling teeth to get it done so I did the work myself...

He didnt paint before we moved in and the walls were bad... We talked to the previous renter (Donna) on our street and she said he never painted before us as well...

The AC unit in the house is a pieces of junk expect 600.00 a month of electric bills.
