I've already been able to eliminate one debt that was owed by me. The collection company violated FCCA. It was an $800 debt so it was stupid of them to violate the rules because the fine was $1,000. I have several other much larger debts that we are still working on. So far I haven't had to pay any attorneys fees. Some of the collection agencies and attorneys they employ, have law suits against them for violations.

I have no illusion that I wont have to pay at least half of what I owe eventually. But this is a much better alternative than trying to pay off credit cards that I will never be able to pay. The plan is to get them to settle for a smaller portion of what I owe with no interest and penalties over many months.

The final phase is to clean up the credit reports as quickly as possible after the settlements have been made.

I will keep this website updated as I move through the process so that my experience can be an actual testament to what he can do.

I would like to give a BIG thank you to both Mr. Cohen & Mr. Russ.
The continuing smear campaign you both are engaged in, can only help my business, as well as my competitors.

Side note for consumers. The programs they market do work. Are they 100% successful on getting a zero balance? In many cases YES, but sometimes NO. But they help you to get very low settlements with the debt collector that is calling you. Our firm works out settlements all day long with people that are in one of these program and people that aren't in these programs. You make the call!

Hello everyone, the purpose of this post is to respond to Paul Cohen's allegations. So let's put everything out front. 1) Paul Cohen was NEVER a customer of R & G. 2) Paul Cohen has NEVER been employed with R & G. 3) Paul Cohen has NEVER been associated directly or indirectly with R & G. 4) Paul Cohen has NO firsthand knowledge of R & G. According to the laws of the great state of New Jersey where he resides, he must be able to claim at least one of those positions in order to be making the claims that he does on this website. Especially since thus far, he has refused to provide any proof of his claims and allegations.

No one has stated here that he was a former employee who turned disgruntled. That IS NOT the case. He was a subcontract marketer who lost his contract. Hence the term, fired. He only said "W-2" because he knows he was a 1099 Subcontractor. If the CCDN will release that to me, I will post that instead. I will be sure to block out his SSN leaving all other information to be viewed.
