This guy is apparently going all over the west coast scamming people. I found numerous other profiles and felt like a fool. He presents himself as a very nice and experienced older gentlemen. You are drawn to like him. He makes great deals and then takes deposits and disappears. Also, according to one of his workers I was able to connect with, they hadn’t been paid and had found out more about him not paying bills. He is a total scam artist. He does work without license apparently. I looked him up and the state of Washington and California are looking for him. Just go to contractor license lookup and type in Hilaire and you will see he had numerous fines for working with no license. He is wanted. If you run across him report him to authorities. He is also bad about putting in fake offers on properties under fake names so he won’t get caught.
