PAY.ACCESS4YOU.DE PALMA DE MALL Rip-off! Unauthorized charge of checking account! Trojan or illegal dialer that was downloaded from a website into my computer Palma De Mallorica or Palma City of Mallorica Island off the East Coast of Spain

I received a $51.03 withdrawl from my account that was not confirmed by me. 04/26/2004 PAY.ACCESS4YOU.DE PALMA DE MALL 412365

I called a website with the title assess4you.com and got a guy by the name of Ron 1-727-692-3147. He claims he is an IP in Florida. He said I was the 12th person to call him about this same situation. I gave him my name and number so that he may give it to these people investigating it and that I will be receiving a call from them. I cancelled the card and ordered a new one with an automated pin number in the mail. The customer support person who processed the new card was Rebecca x4523 at FNB.

I do not know if it was the right thing to give Ron my name and number. As soon as I get this supposed phone call, I'll transfer the info. for contact between you and these people, that Ron talked about. He said that he thinks it's something that came from over seas. Somewhere in Spain or France.

I believe It could have been a Trojan and or an illegal dialer that was downloaded from a website into my computer and accessed the FNB website with my account information through accessing my user name and password in my Micorsoft Internet Explorer Favorites(urls) website description. After this I will be changing my username and password for online bank account and suggest you investigate this possibility. Who knows, it might be somewhere in FNB's Servers or worse! I will also delete my Favorites descriptions as well. Call me or e-mail me whenever. I am also an employee of FNB Technology Center, Check Prossessing, x3613, my supervisors are Gretchen, Cheryl or Sandra. I work 12:00am to 8:30am midnight shift.

If you guys would like the virus libraries from my Norton Internet Security 2004 or AVG 6.0 Free addition. The Trojan/illegal dialer distription might be in there somewhere.

Upon further research I have come upon further information. The 412365 using google turned into 412 365 or 412 Euros and 365 Euros relatively (I think). De Palma De Mall Is short for De Palma De Mallorica. Palma is a City on the south coast of the Island of Mallorica which is off the East coast of Spain. The Island is a hub for the tourist industry for Spain. I tracked these two Euro amounts to only two hotels on the island. Ie:
Java Hotel - 1 person for one week for 412 Euros and Flamenco Hotel 3 persons for one week for 365 Euros!

If you were to call these two hotels and see if they can confirm the use of Credit Card# 4298 0520 1993 8905, you could track down the exact Room # these culprits are staying, if they are still there, and have them busted! Remember 1 week isn't long so hurry!

Note: 365 Euros = $431.10
412 Euros = $486.74

My deduction was $51.03 which could have been for extras on the bill.
