The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Chase Harmer during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards PayCertify.

PayCertify is a processor and a payment facilitator model that works with high volume businesses. Chase Harmer stated the following about his company, "PayCertify was born out of a need for clients to eliminate chargebacks due to friendly fraud reason codes, so we ultimately help large e-commerce clients process transactions, protect themselves against transactions all the way from the start of the transaction to the finish of the transaction. And so, we’ve really developed an environment, an ecosystem, if you will, that really embraces the ability for merchants to achieve the highest level of success."

Leads for PayCertify are acquired through online marketing, word of mouth, trade shows, and speaking engagements. After a business expresses interest in their services, "we work with customers from start to finish. Ultimately, we have a sales department so our sales channel typically deals with consumers not consumers, but merchants. And then we hand it off to a customer success team, which ultimately hand holds the merchant from the point of sale all the way to...getting up and going and being able to process transactions and facilitate all the fraud and security tools that they need. So, it’s a process and we have different teams that handhold from different parts of the interaction."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – PAYCERTIFY

During the on-site interview, Mr. Harmer was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Harmer expressed that they very rarely have complaints due to their excellent customer service. He further stated, "Well we always try to do our best to make sure that consumers- our merchants- are happy. If there is a situation that occurred that a merchant wasn’t exactly happy we try our best to resolve it. If we’re not able to resolve that matter, due to…something that’s out of our control…we let our merchants leave and find an alternative solution. Ultimately, we try to resolve these things and keep clients on the books, so that way we can continue to earn revenue and they can continue to utilize our services. If they’re unhappy for whatever reason we allow them to choose another option."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Harmer stated the following, "the reports that are on ripoffreport.com are all proven to be false in a court of law. An ex-girlfriend of mine actually posted these reports…we proved that all these reports that are on Ripoff Report are actually completely illegitimate and false…but we are here addressing them just in case...there is a situation in the future that arises that a client would be unhappy. We do our best to obviously deter that, but the reports that we’re speaking about on the ripoffreport.com are all proven to be fake and false and we actually have the court documentation to prove that." To further assure future and current clients Mr. Harmer stated the following, "we’re certified in very different trade organizations, and we keep abreast of all the newest technology and latest trends. So, we try to attend all the latest trade shows and get as many certifications as we can. We ultimately have built out of fraud protection, we have very good partners that allow our service to be enhanced. We have partnerships with Count, we have partnerships with Chargebacks 911, we have partnerships with other various partners that strengthen our ability to serve and give the greatest service to the clients that we possibly can. But it’s essentially staying on top of the trade organizations in our business and ultimately getting the accolades that come along with that."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Harmer stated, "It actually has opened my eyes to see that it’s possible for anyone to voice an opinion online and that could obviously hurt a business. So, we wanted to make sure that we took actions and we’re trying to essentially tighten everything up, so that way if there is an actual, legitimate claim down the line, that we’re able to resolve that quickly without any action being taken by someone voicing an opinion online on a website like ripoffreport.com. We ultimately take great pride in the service that we provide to our merchants, and we want to make sure that, from start to finish, if anyone is unhappy we resolve those claims...resolve any potential issues that could arise."

This report was challenged and proven false in a California Court and a judgement of $211,000.00 was given to the Plaintiff (PayCertify) for the false report's that were filed by the defendant who posted this fake report which is without merit and was only done to cause personal harm to the executive of the company.

  In disbelief of how a company can be in standing. Attended CNP this year to hear new options for business. Listened in to the President of Pay Certify Chase Harmer on merchant fraud, compliance, and many other quick ideas of how to scam the system. When following up to the event with this company the young lady answering phones was very unprofessional leaving me to hold for 12 minutes before connecting me. This company does not have the sales staff advertised and when I asked for the sales rep name given the lady so no one ever worked there by that name.


Odd to start off. Next the speed talker who had southern speach in beginning of conversation quick changed to west coast as he used words cool, epic. The President went into how he can save our business time and money by his company doing the bank merchant compliance for us. RED FLAG ALERT! CODE BLUE! this guy has developed a company to divert secure compliance from businesses. These are secure measures banks and merchant banks take when giving out credit card services.


This means these other businesses are being mislead and can lose opportunity for merchant account. I was appalled to say the least. I called trying to find a business license number, business insurance information and this unprofessional has nothing for his businesses. How can this be legal? Be aware, call your bank and I suggest getting a copy of his business license before working with him. He is not registered with BBB or any other government compliance.
